A word from the author: It has been released! My book Čuječnost in vzgoja (Watchfulness and Education). Usually, every generation has its own taste for reading; what the youth likes, will not necessarily interest the adults, and vice-versa. When I started writing this book, I had the intention and wish to connect all generations; that it would be interesting to younger generations, as well as their parents, grandparents, and of course teachers and everybody else who works with people in one way or another. I desired a book that would be so interesting to everybody that it would connect them in conversation and thinking.

I wanted to write it for the people, readable, accessible and authentic. With a bit of lyricism and mostly softness, which is given to a person by maturity and experience. Experiences are the foundation of this book. There is enough theory, critique and advice all around. I would say that the book contains nothing I have not experienced, personally tested or comprehended by observing and reasoning. It is basically my life poured on paper.

If someone asked me what the thread of the book is, I would react a bit sheepishly, as the talkativeness made it hard to sum up all the contents of feelings. Nevertheless, the main thread is that a person is as young and alive as they are capable to learn. Never fear, I do not speak of classical learning in school. I speak of something broader.
